Some Useful Information About Us.

Watchco is a division of Fresco Australia, a company that has been in existance since 1995. Primarily we deal in vintage watches - Marcus Alexander does the buying with his team and lists the items on ebay. Sarah then monitors the auctions, answers the questions and finalises the transactions. We are located in Melbourne, Australia. We are ebay Powersellers and have been trading with ebay for many years now. We are a registered Australian company with an ABN - hence we will charge GST to our Australian buyers.

Our ebay policies at a glance

 We ship internationally and like to offer a set price with options for shipping and handling. Shipping without insurance means that we cannot refund your purchase should the parcel go missing.

If you ever have trouble contacting us, please call on 61 3 9663 0660 or fax on 61 3 9650 8038. We always do our best to reply to questions within 12 hours during the week (due to the time differences), but we are rarely on-line on the weekend! We also offer a refund policy - if ever you are not happy with your purchase please contact us promptly so that we can discuss alternatives.

For convenience we are listing in US$. We accept credit cards through our own merchant service. We do not charge you for these transaction fees. We do accept Paypal but do charge on the fees. Using our merchant service we have to charge the final total in AU$ - for the purposes of conversion we use www.xe.com rate of the day. We are not responsible for the exchange rate your own bank uses, nor any foreign transaction fees. If you prefer to pay in US$, please use the other payment options that we offer. We accept money orders, cashiers cheques and wire transfers . We will not accept credit cards or cheques from Indonesia.
