Hello, my name is Fred Ferguson and the picture on the right is of my wife, Silvia, and I. We have 3 lovely children, and I do mean lovely - because we are extremely proud parents. We got our first break on ebay when my wife made a very great recommendation about the World Cup Soccer Tournament last year (2006). Since she is from Germany she suggested we sell items from the World Cup. I searched for what was selling and to my surprise Adidas was selling a new type of soccer ball which we could only buy.........in Germany!! Perfect for us because we immediately became the only seller with unlimited access to those soccer balls. So one thing we like to do is find products in Germany and sell them on ebay to those people in the United States that are looking for them. We also do the same thing in reverse, meaning buy things in the United States and sell them on ebay to those people in Germany and the rest of Europe.
I recently retired from the US Army at the ripe old age of 39!! Ebay is a means for my wife and I to earn extra income and also be home for the children. They are 3, 5, and 7 - so they are the source of most of our toy ideas. Whatever is the most appealing to them we try to market to our customers.
I am currently a graduate student of Business Administration at Troy University so I take pride in the one thing that motivates me to do business with someone, and that is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am absolutely certain that the one thing that will bring you back to me is if I demonstrate how important your business is to me. Even if the issue is one penny, what matters most is that you are completely satisfied. I feel that will prove to you that we are genuine people who are trying to make an honest living. So if you are concerned with the delivery time of a package, or not happy with the product you receive, we encourage you to contact us and give us a FAIR chance to provide a solution. Honestly, it can be very frustrating when we have mailed a package and a customer assumes that we have not been prompt with shipping the product. Most times customers do not answer our emails for conformation and don't communicate properly. Trust us when we say we will stop at nothing to package and ship you everything you buy from us - exactly the way you want it!!
