Thrifty VaultTM Policies and Other Very Important Information |

Shipping rates charged and listed on listings is a flat rate charge for the particular item that you are purchasing. We will ship either UPS or USPS, depending on which is the faster method for the particular item that you are ordering. Some items are warehouse specific and these shipping rates cannot be adjusted and shipping procedure cannot be altered. Those items that have different charges are shipped directly from my home and shipping may be altered per request of seller for a specific method in which you would like your item shipped. Options to choose from will be listed on each individual listing. We encourage all buyers to contact the seller about any questions, comments, or concerns before bidding or buying.
*INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: You must contact the seller before paying for bulk orders, shipping will have to be adjusted. If you do not wait to pay, your purchase will be refunded and a new invoice will be issued for you to pay from. Please avoid this extra step and hassle for you buy waiting for updated invoice. We want the process to be as simple and enjoyable for you as possible. If you are not sure about a policy issue or have a question then please contact us before purchasing or during checkout and we will help you asap.
We ship via UPS and USPS to all 48 Continental States; Alaska and Hawaii Customers please contact seller for shipping rates. All shipping rates charged are flat rate and only increase with bulk orders. We do give shipping discounts on bulk orders so please contact seller after shopping for updated invoice. If you pay before you contact seller and shipping is significantly overpaid then seller may refund excess as determined appropriate. All shipping listed in listings are final and you, the customer, agree that shipping charges are within reasonable limits when buying/bidding.
Sales Tax is charged on all Louisiana purchases.
We ship both UPS and USPS, decision is based on fastest method for the particular item being purchased.
Shipping rates are flat rates and include a small handling fee (will never exceed 2.00).
Customers are 100% responsible to be 100% available for whenever UPS or USPS makes the delivery. If Customer misses the delivery and the order is returned to us, then the customer must prepay the exact amount for the two-way shipping before we can reship that order. If customer refuses or misses package and does not pay to reship their item/s, then a store credit will be issued in the amount of purchase minus the cost of shipping.
Orders are processed in the order that we received a cleared payment and other requested information. Items shipped from our warehouse will take 1-5 business days to process. After that, your package is handed to UPS or USPS. Please note that UPS and USPS delivery times vary and does not include our processing time. UPS usually delivers between 1-5 business days. USPS delivery can take anywhere from 1 day to 4 weeks, depending on which method (priority, first class, international, etc.) the package was shipped. Please see individual listings for approximate delivery times to your area. Ebay also notifies you after you have paid on how long your package should take. Please contact the seller if shipping seems to be taking longer than normal so that we may be aware of what is going on. Tracking is provided!
Colors of items may vary from pictures depending on lighting, individual customer monitor settings, and camera used. We describe all items with accurate and honest descriptions. If you need more details then we will be most happy to help as much as we can. Some items are listed with the exact description of the item from the manufacturer and there is no more information that we can offer you on it. Like any retailer, we depend on our customers to let us know how much they like the product and what “special” things they may like about it. We ONLY SALE High Quality Merchandise! We have a team at the warehouse that inspects everything going out. Items that are personal belongings are inspected by me personally.
Return Policy and Information:
Any damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of merchandise for a full store credit minus shipping cost.
We DO take returns from our Customers on qualified items of unsold, undamaged, unworn, unwashed "like new", pristine, SALEABLE merchandise. It must be in the same condition as when shipped. We do not accept returns that are a result of buyers’ remorse or items that are not in the same condition as when shipped because unfortunately bad buyers abuse policies and send washed, torn, or other products that they themselves have damaged through neglect. We cannot be responsible for this kind of behavior. It is bad for business for two reasons. It raises cost for both manufacturer and seller AND secondly and most importantly THE BUYER! Our items are WAY below retail and our shipping cost for buyers are LOW. The only way we can continue to keep these great products low cost for everyday shoppers is by keeping cost low for us. Ebay, Paypal, and USPS, etc are raising their prices AGAIN and we cannot continue to keep cost down for those with a low budget looking for items that would normally be out of their range IF we allow abuse from bad buyers to effect good buyers. Please be a good buyer, read policy, ask questions, read directions for merchandise including care instructions, etc.
We believe in honesty, integrity, and that all people are basically good so please contact us if you have any problems or concerns at all.
We offer the following TWO return privileges.
(1)100% STORE credit on qualified merchandise minus shipping cost. NOT RETURNABLE are: Lingerie, "adult only" merchandise, swimwear, underwear, liquids, DVD's and all intimate items and any merchandise that is not factory fresh. You will be given an account number and notified by email of your store credit balance. Each time you shop with us, your store credit report will be sent to you with your remaining balance. If you lose your account number, please email thriftyvault@gmail.com your ebay confirmed or paypal confirmed: name, address, phone number, and ebay account ID to verify your store credit account and receive your account number via email. Store credit accounts are assigned by ebay ID. You CAN NOT redeem your store credit using a different ebay ID, this is for your PROTECTION! If you forgot your password for ebay or your ebay ID, you will have to contact ebay to retrieve your information. We cannot retrieve this information for you.
To qualify for a 100% merchandise credit, please comply with the following steps:
NO BUYER DAMAGE of ANY KIND WILL BE ACCEPTED - such as shopworn, sun-fading, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume, smoke or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, worn or washed items, etc. All original tags, bags, wrappings, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new. Merchandise sold by: the dozen, or unit in packages, or displays, must be returned full, not partially sold. If you receive a damaged item in your lot, please contact seller within 3 days. If we do not receive the merchandise back the way we sent it then we will file a claim with all authorities that we need to and a store credit will NOT be issued until those authorities receive all purchase, ship, tracking, pictures, etc. from us to show EXACTLY how your order was processed and what condition it was in. They will be the one to make the final decision. Please note that we keep VERY GOOD records of all of our orders and dispute authorities require this information in time of dispute between seller and buyer, so please make sure you have good records as well. ANY return for ANY reason past the expiration date of 14 days after the ship date, or without an invoice inside the box Thrifty Vault offers an (2) UNLIMITED RETURN PRIVILEGE to our Customers! There is no time limit or expiration date for this return plan. We will accept returns in the same condition as option (1) however, the buyer will be given a store credit as with option (1) minus shipping cost and a 5.00 handling fee. There is no such thing as an "even exchange" - a return becomes a credit. No credit is given for any shipping and handling. Customer will be issued a store credit account number and credits will be applied to future purchases. We do NOT give cash refunds, or send refund checks for returned merchandise.
Q. How can I use PayPal? A. It is NOT necessary to open a PayPal account to send money using your credit/debit cards anymore. Electronic Check (e-check) or "Instant Payment" may be used only with a PayPal account - if you do not have a PayPal account, it usually takes only a few moments to set one up. This is the preferred payment method so that items are not delayed with processing and shipping. However, we also accept USPS Money Orders, please contact seller before sending money order. No orders will be processed until payments have cleared. Q. Can I send you a personal check? Q. How often does your website/store merchandise change? Q. How do I know how much my shipping will cost? Q. How long does it take to get my order? Q. Do your sizes run "true"? What are Thrifty PointsTM? (TP Points)*please note that no previous purchase, etc is counted toward reward points that took place before August 20, 2009. If you already have completed some of the qualifying ways below (ie. follow us on Twitter, etc.) then those points WILL be added to your TP Points Account no later than the end of October 2009. Welcome! It is such a great pleasure to have you come and visit my "Me Page" to learn more about the Thrifty Vault way and who stands behind such a wonderful place. My name is Samantha but my eBay friends call me Sami. I am the main seller but when I need help, my family and friends are a wonderful source. I am the main person, however, that: designs, maintains, lists, packages, and sends off all of your purchases. I take great pride in my work so please if you ever need anything do not hesitate to contact me! Yes indeed! I have a lovely devoted husband who supports me in all of my wild journeys through life and helps me with any technical assistance that I may need. He is my rock, my love, and my dearest friend. I have two sons who keep me motivated and smiling all the time. They are alike in some ways but strong individuals. One is goofy and crazy like me, who loves to laugh and be laughed at. He is my oldest and hates to do housework, school work, or anything with "work" at the end of it. He is very smart, loves to read a good book, and will throw down anything at any moment to play either his XBOX, WII, or DS. He is athletic for the most part and enjoys soccer and swimming. On hot summer days however, he rather watch TV. My youngest son is my little helper. He likes to do chores (can you imagine?!) but he hates playing outside. He is also smart but doesn't like to read, he rathers that I read to him. He is quiet and serious like his father but enjoys laughing at his older brother. My children and husband are my life. They make life so very precious!
Interest?
I love to read, write, talk to friends on facebook and play a little farmtown (ok, I admit...I like to play farmtown MORE than a little). I collect vinyls, dvds, cds, coins, and anything old. I am very sentimental. I just recently quit my job as a Supervisor in retail and graduated from college in December 2008 in Political Science Pre-Law with a double minor in psychology and English. I plan to go back soon to get my teacher certificate and see myself with a Ph.D in the future. Currently, I am working for myself as Co-Owner of IntuitiveIT along with my husband, and focusing most of my time on Thrifty Vault. I work short hours for IntuitiveIT and therefore I have the time and concentration to focus most of my attention on my eBay store since leaving my full-time job in retail and graduating from school. I look forward to growing Thrifty Vault and meeting new people!

*I do have two other children~Lily (my australian shepard) and Binx (my big fat orange tabby cat)~Please be reassured that my babies are no where near my eBay items. I have a special room for thrifty merchandise, with hard wood floors, and no fur! Please bid/buy with confidence!
