The Pledge of Superfletch
We've been on eBay for some time now. Everyday we strive to improve our system of doing things here. The last year has been nothing but a huge learning experience for us. Although we don't have things perfected, I do believe that our system works well. We are constantly doing things differently in order to make things quicker and easier for you as the customer and also for us. Our name Superfletch is kind of misleading in a sense that it is a word with singular meaning when in fact Superfletch is actually two people. And to top it off, both people are named Gary. Oh yeah, give us a chance and we'll confuse the hell out of ya. You see, I (the computer guy) am the younger Gary. My father (the Hot Wheels guy) kind of owns everything. You can call him Gary Sr. if you like. Between the two of us we manage to get everything situated although sometimes I have no idea how. I (jr.) do most of the computer end of things. I put the items up for bid and most of the correspondence. My father on the other hand gets the items, ships the items and handles the feedback end of things. You could say, I do all the work and he gets all the money. Hahahahaha. Sometimes the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing but we always manage. My father is a very fair person. If at any time ever there is a problem and you are having trouble getting a hold of us don't hesitate to give us a call. We are on the road a lot and sometimes it could take a little doing to get in touch with us, but don't stop trying. Our ISP sucks, it's down more than it's up, but living out in the sticks doesn't give us any choices of changing providers so we are stuck with what we got.
