 Oklahoma residents pay 8.375% sales tax.
In order to receive combined shipping discounts, items must be purchased within a period of 7 days and paid at the same time. Please note: you will not receive combined shipping savings if you checkout and pay for your items separately. You must pay from the combined invoice which will be sent within 24 hours after your last auction ends. Multiple separate checkouts will incur appropriate shipping charges for each order. Sorry, but we cannot refund these charges if you checkout and pay for your item separately.
We accept Paypal (including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Ebay Anything Points, and E-Checks). We also accept Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. Sorry we do not accept personal checks. If sending a Money Order or Cashiers Check, please include shipping address and item number with the payment.
We kindly accept payment within 7 days of winning the auction. If payment is not received within the 7 day limit, your item will be re-listed, and we will file a non-paying bidder report with Ebay.

Shoes for Auction ships to most countries worldwide. Your orders will be professionally packed in high density poly shipping bags to insure a safe and quick delivery. All packages are shipped by UPS and USPS.
All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any US Military APO/FPO must ship by USPS Priority Mail. We do not offer any expedited shipping to these locations.
UPS does dot deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Time in transits noted below are business days not including weekends or holidays.

International shipments are made by USPS Express Mail International. They are insured for the amount of the item.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO HUNGARY, MEXICO, OR AFRICA.
International combined purchases: Price is stated below for the first item and for each additional item. Items must be shipped and paid for together. If items are paid for separately, we will be unable to refund the difference and give the combined shipping discounts.
Insurance covers only the cost of the item; it does not cover shipping cost.
In transit shipping time is normally 3 to 5 business days (weekends and holidays excluded). There is normally 2 to 3 days for your items to clear customs within the destination country, and some times there are delays in international shipments for this reason.
Taxes and duties will be charged to the customer upon delivery. We are unable to mark the items we ship as “gift” to avoid the appropriate fees. If you are unsure of the amount of taxes and duties for your country, please contact customs before bidding on any of our items so you are not surprised by the fees upon delivery.

Returns
Due to the fact that we are an auction site, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We will refund or exchange the item only if the item received is not as stated in the auction. In the event that we make an error, we will pay all shipping associated with fixing the problem.
In the event that an error is made, please email us at shoesonebay@aol.com. At that time we will issue an RA (return authorization) to return the item and replace it with the correct item. Please do not send any items back without this authorization, as they will be refused.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. On all UPS shipments, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number when the item has been packaged for shipment. However, on all USPS shipments, no tracking number is provided.
Does the item come in it’s original box?
Yes. All items come in original boxes unless otherwise stated in the auction.
Why do some auctions for the same shoes have different prices?
Prices are based on the demand and quantity of a certain size.
Why does my Puma shoe size not match the size that i purchased?
Some Puma's are sized in unisex sizes. Please refer to the size conversion chart before purchasing. Also keep in mind that athletic shoes run a little smaller.
