I truly do my absolute best to provide the kind of service that I myself wish I could receive when I make a purchase on eBay. Your satisfaction and happiness are very important to me as a seller.
You probably know all about the Detailed Seller Rating system by now and you probably have seen messages from sellers who are trying to be proactive and explain to the buyer just what this system really means for us sellers. Please remember most of us sellers are buyers as well so we are not biased. The truth is if a seller does a good job in every category, they should get a 5 star rating. Alas, I suspect this is not always the case. I actually had 2-3 people give me a low rating in shipping time. That is really bizarre because I ship within 1 day Mon-Fri and on Saturday if payment is received by 11 pm PST on Friday night. I think people sometimes rate sellers on the performance of the United States Postal Service instead of the actual seller. That is not how it works. Ratings are only suppose to be directed at the seller and THEIR performance not on other factors that are out of their control. All I ask, is please be fair.
Sellers that get perfect ratings can get discounts that they can pass on to the buyer. It is a win win situation.

FOR US DOMESTIC PRIORITY MAIL: 2-4 DAYS ON AVERAGE FOR DELIVERY
FOR US DOMESTIC PARCEL POST MAIL: ANYWHERE FROM 2-9 DAYS AND SOMETIMES UP TO 14 DAYS
FOR US DOMESTIC MEDIA MAIL: ANYWHERE FROM 2-9 DAYS AND SOMETIMES UP TO 14 DAYS
FOR INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAIL: ANYWHERE FROM 1-4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY
FOR INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL: 1-2 WEEKS OR LESS FOR DELIVERY ON AVERAGE
THESE SHIPPING TIMES ARE WHAT I HAVE FOUND TO BE TRUE ON AVERAGE, REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE USPS STATES - ONCE A SELLER HANDS OVER THE PACKAGE AT THE POST OFFICE IT IS IN THEIR HANDS AND THE SELLER HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE ACTUAL SHIPPING TIME - PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND - I KNOW I DO WHEN I BUY THINGS. I ONCE HAD A EBAY PACKAGE TAKE 21 DAYS TO GET TO ME FROM CALIFORNIA VIA FIRST CLASS MAIL AND I AM IN OREGON! BUT IT WAS TOTALLY NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT THEY HAD MAILED IT OUT WITHIN 2 DAYS. JUST GOES TO SHOW.......
STORE POLICIES - NO RETURNS ON MAGAZINES. NO RETURNS DUE TO FIT ISSUES AS MEASUREMMENTS ARE PROVIDED IN THE LISTING ON ALL CLOTHING ITEMS. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS ONLY IN THE EVENT THAT THE ITEM WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED AND/OR DEFECTIVE - IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECTIVE ITEM A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AND RETURN SHIPPING IS PAID BY THE SELLER.
