We are
Bobby and Sandra Farris. This is a family run business located in Southeast
Missouri. We have been in the Antique & Collectible business for over 30 years
and have been selling online with eBay since May 30, 1997. Please ask any
questions you may have about any or our items or any of our policies.
We try
to do our best to do things right. If you feel we have made a mistake or done
something wrong please contact us.
■We
only ship to the address you provide PayPal in the Shipping Address
information block. We do not ship to addresses received in emails or put in
the Notes section of the payment.
■For
items over $250.00 USD PayPal requires that all packages MUST be signed for.
We follow this policy since it provides a greater level of safety for the
buyer.
Non-Payment
or Late Payment:
Prompt payment is required. The faster we receive your payment, the sooner we
can ship your item so you can start showing it off.
eBay has strict rules for both buyers
and sellers, primarily to protect both parties. We comply with these policies
100% and ask that you do the same. eBay’s User
Agreement clearly states that as the high bidder you are expected to honor
your bid and are obligated to complete the transaction. We will enforce
eBay’s Non-Paying Bidder Policy as stated in their User Agreement. For

Regardless
of payment method 5 days after the end of the listing we automatically send
you a payment reminder.
We use the US Postal System and we try to pack our items to prevent
damage. When we list an item or send an invoice we estimate the shipping
cost, include a small handling fee, and are usually very accurate. If you
feel you have been overcharged for shipping please contact us. If you are
correct we do refund shipping overcharges.
Even though we pack well some items get damaged and some even
get lost. We will NOT compensate for lost or
damaged articles.
Special Shipping Instructions:
If you have special packing or mailing instructions we suggest
you contact us before you bid. We try out best to accommodate any special
instructions, but do charge extra for special packing.
Domestic Shipping:
Unless previously arranged with us we provide a Delivery
Confirmation number with every package we mail. If paying by PayPal please
note that we only ship to the address provided to PayPal as the shipping
address.
International Shipping:
■We do not ship First Class International Mail.
■If paying by PayPal please note that we only ship to the address
provided to PayPal as the shipping address. We will not ship to any other
address.
Notes Regarding Customs and Duties:
You are responsible for any “import fees,” duties,” or “taxes”
your country may impose. Purchases over $24.99 USD must be declared at the
full invoice price. For specific customs, duties, and tariff information please
contact the customs agency in your country.
Sales
Tax
Missouri residents must add tax as listed in the auction unless
you can provide a retail sales license with your payment.
We do not keep tax numbers on record so please include your tax
number with every purchase.
The best way to get
feedback from us is to leave us feedback. We have a program that returns
feedback to those who leave it for us.This allows us to focus our energies on getting your purchase to you
as soon as possible.
We do our best to make
sure that our listings are accurate but we are not experts on anything so
please look at the listing and ask any questions before bidding. Please see
our auction for any specific details on returns.
■We do not sell items
on buyer's approval.
■We do not accept
returns unless we have EXTREMELY GROSSLY missed something important about the
item and the problem is not shown in our pictures or description.
■When we do agree to a
return we will not refund the original shipping or the return shipping cost.
We may require a re-stocking fee based upon the final sale price of the item.
■When we do agree to
accept a return we will only agree to accept the return if contacted within
48 hours of the items receipt by the buyer.
■The item must be
returned to us in the same condition as when it was mailed to the buyer.
■If you decide to
return an item, without first contacting us, we will refuse the item at the
post office and will not be held responsible for any refund.
To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
