Antique, Collectable & Contemporary Glass

Hi and thanks for your interest in my items. My name is Tracy and I live in Essex with my husband, 3 children and 2 dogs.

My love of Glass began as a very young child, helping my Nan dust her beloved collection of Venetian Cranberry panelled Glass (which I possess and still cherish (and dust) today).

I decided to try and turn my passion into profit over 10 years ago, and now exhibit at all the major Glass Fairs in the UK. I will be exhibiting at:

• The National Glass Fair at The National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham, UK on 15th November 2009 visit www.glassfairs.co.uk and preview items in the Gallery.
• The Cambridge Glass Fair at Chilford Hall, Linton, Cambridgeshire, UK on 28th February 2010 visit www.cambridgeglassfair.com.

I know a lot about Glass, but not everything (nobody does) and I am always happy to help with any queries you may have concerning my items, your own or collecting Glass in general.

Regarding my items on E-bay I make no apologies for principally starting my listings at what I believe to be a fair market price. I firmly believe that the practice of offering Antiques etc at 99p, hoping fervantly they will eventually achieve their true worth, will, in the long term, be detrimental to the value of Antiques. There surely has to be a base value that an item of reasonable quality is worth, otherwise it's invariably no longer an item of quality?

I visit the Post Office on a regular basis and will endeavour to forward your item(s) as soon as payment has been received and/or cleared, but please allow me up to 3 working days on the odd occassion.

I suggest E-mailing me for an estimate). Also please note that some services will not provide any level of cover at all for loss or damage.

RETURNS

If you receive an item and you don't like it or you have just changed your mind return it for a refund, minus postal costs (obviously provided it is received in the same condition it was sent!!).

If in the remote circumstances that you find damage which has not been mentioned, or some other defect, then upon inspection on it's return I will issue a full refund, including postage costs.
