to this Site, about any of Petitude 's products or services, or for
such other purpose(s) as Petitude deems appropriate.
Product Information
Terms with Respect to Orders. Stock Availability-
Petitude makes every effort to keep sufficient stock of the items listed
on our site. However, adding items to your shopping bag does not guarantee
availability and occasionally we sell out of certain products. Upon
finalizing you're shopping & proceeding to checkout, we will send
you an e-mail confirming your order & the availability of the product/s
ordered. If an item that you ordered is out of stock, we will notify
you via an additional e-mail. We will inform you of the estimated arrival
time of the shipment of the new stock. If an item that you ordered is
sold out, we will notify you via e-mail as well.
Backordered Item - A backordered item
is an item that is not in stock upon placement of your order. It means
that we have contacted the designer for re-ordering and is just waiting
for its arrival. We will advise you via e-mail once the item arrives
or if the item will be no longer available. These items are shipped
out immediately.
Custom Orders - If the item you added
to your cart is a custom order it will be stated above the add to cart
button or in the item description. Please read carefully so you know
your item will take longer to deliver. All of our items are in-stock
and ready to ship with the exception of some of our custom beds. These
dog beds are handcrafted and custom made with your dog in mind. Please
allow up to 2-3 weeks for manufacturing and processing. These custom
beds are shipped straight from the manufacturer. You will be notified
by email once your order has been shipped and provided with a tracking
number. We appreciate your patience during the custom construction of
your order!
** For hygienic reasons, we are unable
to accept returns of any dog beds. In addition, each bed is custom made
to your specifications and unique to you and your pup.
Pricing. The prices displayed on the
website, however, are quoted in Australian Dollars and are valid and
effective only in Australia. The price for goods ordered through this
Site shall be as posted on this Site. We reserve the right to change
prices or specifications from time to time. We also reserve the right
to correct errors in prices or specifications at any time. We do not
have any obligation to accept or fulfill any orders based on erroneous
prices or specifications, and we reserve the right to revoke acceptance
of any such orders.
Taxes and Shipping Charges. Unless otherwise
stated on the Site, prices shown on the Site do not include sales or
other taxes or shipping charges. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges
will be added to your order upon checkout. We ship worldwide, except
for items which are either too heavy (say over 2.5kg) or large to be
shipped overseas economically. Please note that all delivery times provided
on our Site are approximate. Also, when shipping overseas Petitude is
not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon
shipments to other countries. Please refer to the shipping section and
use the drop-down list to select your country. If you do not see your
country listed, it means we do not ship there.
Shipping and Handling
Our shipping and handling charges for
most regular items are:
FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING for all domestic
orders except certain heavy/over-sized item over 25 kg to NT, TAS and WA States, mentioned within listing.
With regards to items sent by Australian
express post, no postage and handling for each additional item purchased
for Australian buyers. (Just need to pay Express postage on the first
item.)
We offer 3.00AUD discount on postage
and handling for each additional item purchased for International buyers.

We ship every business day.

Please note that you are responsible
for any duties or taxes deemed collectable by your country. From our
experience, most customers will not incur any duties.
**Please note that our shipping policy
may change from time to time, but is always in the best interest of
both a parties ("You" & "Petitude"). We always
want to provide our customers with quality service down to the shipping
options.
A restocking fee of 35% applies to packages
that are rejected or refused by you the customer. If the postal carrier
tries to deliver it multiple times and you are not there to receive
the item and it is sent back we will contact you immediately to access
the situation & will determine whether or not the restocking fee
will be applied based on your circumstance. Because here at Petitude
we understand that life happens and we care about our customers and
their family's well-being. The fee is assessed to cover the shipping
charges we accrue when USPS returns your order to Petitude.

Order Cancellations and Changes. At Petitude,
we strive to process all orders within 24 hours of their placement by
a customer. Once your order has been processed and shipped you are unable
to cancel your order. If you have any questions please contact us by
phone toll free at +613-90055811. Be sure to include your name and order
number on any voicemail you may leave. We encourage you to measure your
pet as accurately as possible and carefully proofread your order confirmation
for any errors or typos when placing an order to avoid the need to cancel
or change an order.
Refund Policy
We will refund your item (excluding shipping
and handling fees) upon return within 14 days if full satisfaction is
not achieved.
Exchange Policy
FREE EXCHANGE If item is of wrong size
and the item is still in salable condition, simply return the wrong
size item to us and a short note with instruction, then we will exchange
it for free and send the replacement item accordingly. If stock is unavailable
for exchange, we will be happy to refund or provide store credit.

Please note that #1 refers to Size 1
and #S means Size Small. Henceforth, please refer to the size chart
for the exact dimensions to avoid disappointment.

Upon any termination of this Agreement
by either you or Petitude, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded
