I started selling on ebay when we decided to move into a smaller home in the Yorkshire Dales and I needed to reduce my collection of 20th Century ceramics acquired over many years. I have always had a love of china and glass, particulary from the Art Deco period.

 I found I enjoyed the ebay experience and started buying items at auction, both for myself and to sell on ebay, and so 'Tricia's 20th Century Treasures' was born !   I now also regularly sell at Antique markets in the Dales and surrounding areas and have a permanent display case with Carlton Antiques, who are based on the 3rd floor of Salts Mill, in Saltaire, Bradford.

My sales philosophy is to be open and honest, offer excellent service to my customers and to treat people in the way I would like to be treated. All my items are described in detail, including any flaws, and carefully packaged before dispatch. I use good quality packing materials including bio-degradable packing peanuts that you can put on your compost heap if you can't re-use them. This adds to the cost to post and packing - a box alone can cost £1 - but I think most people would agree that it is worth it. I want people to enjoy buying from me and to visit my shop regularly.
