So, now a little bit about the products I carry:
All the items in the store are brand new, from authorized dealers and manufacturers. These items are not seconds nor refurbished. I work with distributors and wholesalers across the country. They maintain the inventory at their warehouses. When I sell an item and receive payment for it, I contact the distributor and they ship the item directly to you. I’m trying now to only work with distributors who ship out within 3 days. If an item will take longer to ship, it will say in the listing. Some merchandise I find is such a good deal that I think it’s okay if it takes them a little longer to ship. The warehouses always sends me tracking numbers and I try my best to get them out to you. If, for some reason, you didn’t get one, don’t worry, your item is still on its way. Your order is always processed the same or next day I receive it.
I stay on top of your order at all times. If there would be any kind of delay, you would be notified immediately, and given the option for a refund or to wait for the item. If there is a problem after you get the item, please let me know so we can work out a solution.
I’ve been selling on eBay for many, many years, and have enjoyed it immensely. I started out selling antiques and collectibles, and branched into cookware and kitchenware.
The reason why I decided to market a kitchen/cookware store is that I feel even in this busy world, the kitchen is still the cornerstone of the family.
As working parents or partners, we need items that can save time and aid us in the preparation of meals. Dinnerware and items that showcase your dinner adds a subtle message that you care, even if they are "eating on the run."
I’m very excited about the all the lines of cookware and kitchenware I will be offering in my store. The quality is high and I KNOW you will not be disappointed if you purchase any of these items.
I'll also still be offering a few antiques and collectibles on the side, as I try to clean out some of the things I've accumulated over the years. It's getting deep in here.. :)
