Thank you for stopping in so we can get better acquainted. Mitchell's Antiques is operated by Mitchell & Jean Salazar and located just north of Creswell in the lush Willamette Valley area of Oregon. We share our farm with 2 dogs (the Corgi pictured at the bottom of our listings and Sadie a really big pound puppy), 4 cats (1 from the pound and 3 that came for a visit and didn't leave), 2 Katahdin Hair Sheep and 8 Chickens (5 Barred Rocks and 3 Americaunas). We have been buying and selling Antiques and Collectibles for over 30 years and have enjoyed selling on eBay and the Internet since 1998 (boy it doesn't seem like it could possibly have been that long!). You'll find a variety of items in our auctions and store listings ranging from Gorgeous 19th Century Antiques - Paintings and Art - Postcards & Paper, Arts & Crafts Era Pottery, Furniture and Metalwork - Glass - Mid Century Modern Treasures that only a true collector could love and there are some things that are just plain cute or useful thrown in to round out the mix. Since the items that we sell are not new and unused they quite often have some patina and age wear and some of them are wonderful but imperfect we hope that you will take the time to read the descriptions and look at the photographs. A note about shipping - We pack your purchase like we would like to receive it and unfortunately can not control how much the USPS charges. A note about DSRs - It seems that eBay is telling buyers and sellers something entirely different when it comes to leaving DSRs with feedback. They are telling you, the buyer, that a 4 means things were good but they are telling us, the seller, that anything less than a 5 means that we are not providing a good experience for you and they will lower how well our listings are seen in the search results. We can not fix something if we don't know that there is anything wrong so please send us an email and let us know if you feel that we did not live up to a 5 star standard in our Description, Communication, Shipping Time or Shipping and Handling Charges.
