ABOUT MAIN STREET COSTUMES
It was the Winter of 2002. Fresh out of Graduate School. Needing some extra cash I decided to sell some items around my house on Ebay. Old video games, toys, and a pair of 15 year old Air Jordan's were the first to go. Amazed by the selling power of these items I ventured on to sell almost exclusively used vintage video games, systems, etc. I toured yard/garage sales, flea markets, etc to find "the goods". My friends and collegues thought I was "wacko"(they still do). During this period of time we have expanded our product offering to include licensed toys-collectibles, halloween costumes and props, and various other items.
In the summer of 2005, after 2 1/2 years of doing this part-time, Main Street Costumes went full-time as a result of my full-time job being "cut". Since then we have expanded to our on-line store. We then opened an actual retail location in September of 2006 where we are currently located. If you are ever in the area we would love for you to stop by!
Note: I would like to thank God for blessing me with a "job" I love and a wife that has faith in my entrepreneurial endeavors.

SHIPPING
All packages are either shipped via UPS or USPS.
Once your item(s) is paid for and ready for shipment you will receive an email with any or all tracking and/or confirmation numbers.
Most packages are shipped same day or next day. On some occassions there may be a delay and if so you will be contacted via email.
Your item will be securely packaged and shipped as fast as possible!
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Our preferred payment method is Paypal. We do have a merchant account so we can accept your credit card info over the phone, via fax, or email. If faxing or emailing please be sure to include your card #, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone #.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

International buyers have many shipping options to choose from:
USPS Global Express - You will receive a tracking number and you will get your item quick, in 3-5 business days. We highly recommend this service.
USPS Priority - fairly priced. Estimated delivery times are in 5-7 business days. Tracking number is provided. We highly recommend this service
USPS Standard Mail - very economical service, but with NO tracking number. On most occassions you will receive your item(s) in 7-14 days. On occassion it can take up to 30 days(this happens rarely). Shipping times do vary depending on which country you live in.
RETURNS POLICY
We do offer a 100% gurantee on all of our products.

We must be notified of any return within 3 days of your receiving the initial order. After the 3 days this return policy is void.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can gladly send it back(minus shipping charges) for an exchange or refund. All items must be returned in New Re-Sellable Condition (no exceptions).
If there is a problem as a result of our mistake we will send you a prepaid UPS label via email. You just attach and sent it back via UPS. After we have received the return and if we find that the mistake is ours we will gladly refund/exchange your item.
When returning an item you must include item #, name/address, email, and form of payment used. If this is not done your refund/exchange could be delayed.
Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to post to your account, however on most occasssions you will see your refund within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise.
There will be no returns/exchanges on any merchandise found to be worn, used, or tampered with.
Returns in October are subject to our approval.
If there is a no return policy on a particular item it will be stated in the particular listing.
FEEDBACK
It is our policy to leave feedback for our buyers once they have done so for us. From our experience this is the best way to handle the feedback situation. Before leaving feedback, if there is a problem you would like to express please contact us. Most all problems can be resolved through two-way communication. We will correct any issure that may arise.
