Greetings Fellow eBayers!!
Thanks for visiting. I'm Willie. What's my story? ...I've had my own Business for quite some time now and have been buying and selling on eBay for a almost as long as the site has been up.
A bit about my sale policies as follows:
First, this is an Auction, friends. I sell as any Auction sells, as is, where is. I try to do as complete a description as possible, but if you do need to ask a question, do it ASAP and I will get back to you. Please don't wait until the last 2 hours before Auction close. I'm closed on Sundays as well and maintain regular business hours during the week
. I generally don't take a return for a refund. I will, however, work with you on a trade or credit for other purchases on auctions you bid on in the future. If you insist on returning, well my policy on that is: Simply return the material postage paid and insured and your purchase price minus a 20% restock fee will be issued. Shipping is the responsibilty of the buyer as it is in any transaction done by mail. Material must be recieved in the exact same condition sent and any damage will be the responsibility of the shipper and will delay any refund.
I start many Auctions off at a Cent. There are times I loose money on an item, sure, but I try to list enough stuff each week to average a small profit margin on the total stuff sold.
How do I do it? I buy makers overstocks, leftover products and I buy goods in enough quantity so that I can pass my savings on to you, always new material. I get it in by the pallet load. It's always new...an example would be: 20 slightly blemished guitars, I'll take the whole load and part out the parts that are unblemished. Or, maybe 22 guitars that had a bad neck...I'll buy them all and part out the body and hardware. These are always new parts and must pass inspection before being sold. You'll find most bodies and necks have been pre-setup, with holes for guards, heads, etc. I also sell my regular DragonMountain Line of parts.
Read my info before you buy. Know what you're getting because my info on anything I sell on eBay is very well described and pictured. What Else?
I wouldn't trade a straight job for this for the world although some days are better than others. I like eBay for the most part. Most buyers are fun to deal with, most sellers (yes, I buy stuff as well) are good to work with. Sometimes you get a real jerk that's impossible to deal with, but for the most part, it's great. I attempt to offer the best deals going on what I sell and my business is built mainly on gigging players and hobbyists that enjoy the guitar. If you collect expensive, top of the line, immaculate instruments, you won't find it here, sorry. I expect to get paid, money in hand within 10 days, that's fair. I ship fast and for the most part won't hold your personal check unless it's a low number and you're a first time customer. I honor all bids, no matter if I loose money or not. I pay an employee to make sure your stuff is packed right and gets out fast. It's rare that I run a reserve auction...why? Because that's the fair way to do it. If your order is screwed up, email or call me, I'll make it right if I screwed up. Really. I'm honest and I'm as fair as it gets.

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.

Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
