Postage,

I post within the times stated on the item delivery details, allowing for Weekends, Bank Holidays , Post Office opening times and half days etc, I include packaging costs with the postage, and items are sent at cost as near as possible, I prefer to re-use packaging where I can.

I use Royal Mail Recorded for all deliverys, except heavier items going abroad which may be arranged via courier which can delay delivery as I have to arrange collection.

All international items posted will require a valid telephone number, ( A home or mobile or both is best) I cant post untill the number is supplied as it is a stipulation of the courier companys, it makes it easier for them to locate you, and increases the chance of you recieving the item on the first delivery attempt

Any items returned as uncollected via the Post Office must have return postage paid.

Any items sent back for refunds will be refunded minus postage costs.
