PAYPAL ONLY. We require bidder to have a Paypal Account and payment from bidders Paypal account only. Immediate payment is expected. Please note that we only ship to confirmed addresses. Credit Cards are accepted through the eBay owned Paypal system. USA shipping only. No local pickup. NO EXCEPTION TO ANY OF THIS. Please do not bid if you can not meet all of these requirements.

Shipping and Handling Cost

We ship First Class USPS. Shipping and Handling fees are set at fixed price as shown on each listing and discounted to $1.95 for each additional item purchased in the same auction. (Example: S&H for 3 items purchased $7.95+1.95+$1.95) When 2 items are purchased the high shipping cost applies first. (Example: One item S&H is $7.95 and the other is $4.95, the $7.95 applies, and the S&H at $4.95 is reduced to $1.95 etc..) Please take our shipping and handling cost into account when purchasing and/or when placing bids. 

Requirements to Bid

·         Before bidding please review eBay's Bidding Policy and make sure you are aware of your responsibilities as a buyer.

·         As per the eBay policy, once you bid, you have entered a binding contract under the terms of the listing.

Return Policy on Items

We offer a 7 day exchange policy on used and NEW in the box items. NEW item must be returned to Joiner Company brand new, unused, and with all packaging and paperwork. We will apply the purchase price of the item (shipping not included) toward the purchase or exchange of any other item we have in stock. We do not offer cash refunds on NEW items.

In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order please contact us by email by going to Joiner Company so that we can arrange an exchange for the correct item, provided credit for next winning bid or money back on items, this will be at the discretion of Joiner Company.  Please notify us within 3 days of receipt.

Please contact us by email by going to  Joiner Company to receive return instructions, within 3 days of receipt to get your return instruction. Do not return item to us before receiving our instructions and RN (Return Number).
