For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.

Opened software, music, games, and movies may be exchanged or refund under the following circumstances only:
Preferential returns: Itrimming will credit your payment for a returned item if it is undamaged and unopened (still in its original plastic wrap). You will be refunded for the item only. We cannot make an exchange for a different item; a new order will have to be placed if you wish to receive a different item.
Incorrect items: Itrimming will exchange an item that was erroneously shipped to you for the correct item or will credit your payment if the returned item is undamaged and unopened (still in its original plastic wrap).
Defective items: Itrimming will exchange a defective item for a new copy of the same item or will credit your payment the item is returned with all of its original packaging and contents.
