We choose our suppliers very carefully. We only select suppliers that we feel give us the opportunity to provide you the most for your dollar. We certainly stock today's newest and hottest products. Additionally, we really look for our suppliers to assist us in finding the great values that come from overstocked inventories, liquidation sales, close-out items, demo products, and more.
It may be somewhat cliché to say our goal is your satisfaction, but it's true! We stand behind everything we sell--no questions asked. We ship via FedEx exclusively at the Buyer's expense and offer a wide array of shipping options to meet your needs. The shipping charge is based on the shipping service you select, the destination of your shipment, and the item(s) you purchased. International customers paying via credit card directly: For your protection and ours, we manually review all international orders prior to finalizing your payment, and you may initially receive a credit card declination notice. This review process occurs within 1 business day of you placing your order. We will contact you via email after your payment has cleared. Please do not process your payment multiple times in effort to get your payment through!
We stand behind everything that we sell and will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied.
When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please email us and we will do our best to make you happy. If you still want to return your purchase, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we will refund your original purchase price less a $10 handling fee & the original shipping charge. We must be notified of the intent to return your item within 5 days of receiving the item, and the original item must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt.
Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.
All returns require return authorization. Email us for an RA Number before returning an item.
Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued.
International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.
We take great care in evaluating the condition of each item we sell, so there are no unexpected surprises. Below is the criteria we use:

Like New
Virtually indistinguishable from new. Maintains the luster of new. May have some slight signs of shopwear or very very slight use A can't miss deal!
Excellent
May have some slight signs of INFREQUENT use on sole plate and/or clubface. Grips & shafts are in like new condition. No skymarks. Overall great condition!
Very Good
Visible signs of FREQUENT play & very well maintained. Signs of wear primarily on sole plate or clubface. Grips or shaft may have some slight signs of use.
Good
Visible Used for multiple season, but has been well maintained. No signs of abuse. Many years of play left!
Refinished
Clubhead has been professionally refinished (painted, buffed, or polished) as close to new as possible. Shafts or grips may have some signs of wear. Overall rating is excellent or better.
