    GlobalPCT sells and ships products to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses, United States territories, as well as addresses outside the United States.

    Product Availability

    GlobalPCT.com makes every effort to provide current stock status and ship within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment. In spite of these attempts, items that are listed in our auctions as available may occasionally fall on backorder. IIf, for any reason, your item has not shipped within 7 days, we will notify you of this delay via email. At that time you will be given the option to either cancel your order, or allow it to remain on backorder. If you wish to cancel during this time, you may do so by emailing us.
     
    Prices

    GlobalPCT endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products and selected refurbished and clearance products. The price you will be charged is the price shown on the day you place your order, plus applicable sales tax and shipping charges. GlobalPCT reserves the right to change prices for products carried by GlobalPCT at any time
     
    Sales Tax

    Orders billed by GlobalPCT will include sales tax on all shipments to New York State.

      Global Phoenix Computer accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, American Express. Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.
    • Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order
      If you wish to pay by personal check, cashier's check or money order, mail payment to Global Phoenix Computer T&S, Inc. The personal check, cashier's check or money order must be payable to Global Phoenix Computer. Mail your payment with a copy of your order to this address:

    Order Status


    If you pay by credit card, items in stock are shipped within one-two business day after GlobalPCT processes your order. If you pay by cashier's check or money order, GlobalPCT will ship your order when full payment has been received.     Personal check and business check must first clear before shipment.(5 to 7 business days)

    We will notify you by e-mail when your package ships. You may also email to check the tracking information.

      To support our customers' shipping needs we provide with premium carriers (UPS, USPS) with Next Day, 2nd Day and standard delivery options available for most items.

      Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times.

      • Next Day - Delivered the next business day by 5PM

      • 2nd Day - Delivered by the 2nd business day by 5PM

      • USPS Priority Delivery within 2-3 business days

      • Standard - Routinely delivered within 3-5 business days

    • Shipping Rate
      Products have a flat rate for standard service, unless otherwise noted in the shipping and handling portion of the product description page. For express delivery (USPS Priority, Next Day or 2nd Day), please email for rate.

      Auction shipping is routinely charged per item. Quantity shipping discount may be available by asking via email.

      All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted.

    • Insurance
      All deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage. If you should experience any, please email to report.

    • Return Merchandise Authorization
      Items may be returned for refund, replacement or repair, subject to GlobalPCT restrictions. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by GlobalPCT.com. RMAs are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Shipping charge is not refundable.

      All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

      Returns that do not include all peripherals may be returned to the customer or charged on a per item basis.
    • Return Shipping
      All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.
    • Unauthorized Returns
      GlobalPCT.com cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
    • Non-Defective Returns
      Non-defective products cannot be returned. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and all non-product-related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
