Christmas is by far our busiest time of the year and we will be working hard to fill your orders as quickly as possible! We recommend placing any holiday orders by December 7th to insure that you recieve your items in plenty of time for the Holidays!
We are always happy to ship your item to an alternate address for you if you are sending a gift, however it is very important that you CHANGE TO SHIP TO ADDRESS WITH PAYPAL DURING THE PAYMENT PROCESS! This is essential for both your protection and ours! We will not ship to another address if this is not done...it only takes another minute or 2 and insures that everything runs smoothly and your gifts arrive at the correct destination!!

Returns:
we absolutely accept returns! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us right away and let us know!
If you simply do not like the item, changed your mind, or ordered the wrong size, we will refund you the purchase price (minus shipping) and you will be responsible for the return shipping of the item. You must let us know right away that you are returning the item and recieve an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and/or return shipping address. We MUST recieve the return within 10 days of delivery. (because, let's face it, we all open our packages as soon as they arrive and that's plenty of time to decide, repack and ship back!)
Once the return is recieved, inspected, and found to be in the original condition, you will recieve your refund. This may take a few days, but rest assured that you will recieve your refund!
We absolutely WILL NOT accept returns on any item that has been laundered or altered in any way! If you have washed the item, that renders it unreturnable! (please see F.Y.I. section below to avoid any problems with laundering your bedding.)
Items returned due to defect will require detailed pictures to be reviewed before an RMA will be issued...this is our policy because it is what is required in most cases from our suppliers before they will credit US for the item! If you don't send pictures, we don't get a credit...sad, but true, so therefore, no refund!
HOWEVER, if the item is found to be defective, we will work with you to obtain a replacement, and if that is not possible, you will recieve a full refund, including shipping!
Inventory:
We work hard to insure that active listings are in stock, however from time to time, items may become unavailable or on backorder before we are able to end the listing.
When this happens, we will contact you immediatiely and issue a refund if the item is no longer available, and offer you a credit towards any other item of your choice in our store.
If the item is on backorder and we expect it to come back in stock, we will offer you the option of waiting or recieving a full refund.
I know that it is irritating as a buyer when this happens, but we ask for your understanding in these cases, because it is just the nature of the business when you are dealing with wholesalers and drop shippers!
Also, please be aware that if you purchase an item and wait a week to pay, your item may become unavailable in the meantime as our suppliers do not allow us to reserve inventory!
We require a 10-14 BUSINESS day window for delivery of your item after reciept of payment. If we controlled how fast our suppliers ship, you would have your items the next day! Unfortunately, this is not the case.
Your item may be delivered far quicker than this time frame, however be prepared to wait, because it may not be delivered quicker than this time frame.
If you cannot wait, please email us to enquire about expedited shipping availability and costs. OR PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THE ITEM!!
We want your business, but only if you agree with and accept the terms of the sale! By the way, if you want the item and purchase it knowing the terms of sale which include shipping time, please don't leave a one star rating on shipping time if we delivered it in the time frame stated...that's just not fair!! (see section below on how to leave fair feedback!)
We ALWAYS, I REPEAT ALWAYS, email tracking info...if you do not recieve your tracking number for some reason, check ebay order details, and if your item has shipped, the info will be displayed there.
Item As Described: pretty self explanatory!
Communication: We strive to excel in this area. We are in constant communication with our buyers and immediately send an email with tracking as soon as your item ships. In fact, we send one independantly and one through ebay, so make sure your email is not sending these messages to your spam folder.
You can also click on order details and if your item has shipped, the tracking info will be displayed right there. It's that easy!!
If all else fails, send us an email and we will respond!
Shipping time: 10-14 business days...that's the time frame ladies and gentlemen! Don't like...don't buy! Agree to the terms and the item arrives in that time frame, LEAVE FAIR FEEDBACK! PLEASE AND THANK YOU KINDLY!!
Shipping and handling charges: Do a little research and you will find that we offer some of the most reasonable shipping rates for our products on Ebay! Shipping charges are very, very close to accurate and sometimes are even more than we charge!
Regardless of the manufacturer's laundering instructions, we ALWAYS recommend dry cleaning comforters, quilts, duvets, coverlets, etc... Once or twice a year will suffice and you can spot clean as needed.
If that is not an option for you and you must launder it yourself, PLEASE go to a laundromat and wash it in a commercial washer on cold and dry in a commercial/extra large dryer on low heat!
This might inconvenience you as you have to drive your bedding to the laundromat and read a magazine for awhile, but it will save you from ruining your bedding!

The anatomy of a perfect bed:
1)The Protector
Mattress protectors guard against moisture, dust, and stains, and help to extend the life of your mattress.
2)The Topper
Ahhhhh! Available in natural and synthetic down fibers, the mattress topper can lull you into a deep sleep and provide therapeutic support.
3)The Sheets
Sheets make the bed! Cozy flannel, crisp cotton, percale...there are so many options for every budget and style.
4)The Comforter
Add a decorative comforter in your favorite style and color scheme, or a luxurious feather down or quality synthetic comforter is extremely soft and comfortable and can be covered with a variety of duvets for easy, economical ways to update your room’s style.
Thread Count: This refers to the number of threads in one square inch of fabric: (from 80 to 1,000+). A common misconception is the higher the count, the finer the sheet. Yet a high thread count alone does not ensure quality. You also need to consider the fiber.
• Fiber: Poly-cotton blends repel wrinkles and are durable, less expensive, and more stain-resistant than cotton. 100% cotton will offer more comfort, wicking moisture from your skin. 100% long-staplecotton, or long-fiber cotton, is even more comfortable and durable than regular cotton and won't pill and lint over time.
• Weave: Comfort is also determined by the weave of the sheet. More cotton is woven on the surface of Sateen fabric for a luxurious feel. Jacquard refers to fabric woven on a special loom, allowing for subtle patterns. Jersey is knitted instead of woven, allowing air to circulate. The best part about jersey is that, like your favorite t-shirt, it becomes softer with every wash.
