usually ship out the same or next business day. International order, please
allow 3-5 days for shipping preparation. Shipping insurance is available. If
no shipping insurance was purchased, we will not be responsible for any damages
or loss. If shipping insurance was purchased and there is a loss or shipping
damage, please notify us within 2 days from the package receive date. Also please
keep the package, because shipping company may need it for inspection. We will
file a claim with the shipping company. (Subject to the shipping company's terms
and conditions.) After the claim is complete and we receive payment from the
shipping company, we will replace the item for you. Please do not send us the
item back right away and expect us to refund you, it is not our fault that the
item get damage or loss during shipping company's transit. Tracking or Shipping
Confirmation # available upon request. We do not ship to PO Box. We do not ship

Policy:
We offer only exchanges
in the event of defective items. Please retain your original parts and original
packaging in the event you need to exchange the part for defect reasons. We
must receive the product back to us before sending out a replacement. We will
not cross ship as we need to inspect the "defective" item first. Defective
items may be returned for replacement subject to the above BOLD lettering within
12 days and following restrictions: All products must be returned in original
condition including packaging & hardware. Products can not be installed
or otherwise show signs of wear or modification. The product can not be damaged
during installation. The exception is if the product manifested it's defect
shortly after installation and there was no way of telling until you drove around
with it. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by bidder. Unless authorized.
Customer must pay for full shipping and handling both ways on items that are
damaged in shipping, defective, or warranty returns. Since items being sold
on ebay are sold at promotional pricing (i.e. break even or at a loss), we are
unable to cover these costs. We return items to the manufacturer which costs
us in shipping so we have to pass these costs to the customer. In the event
by mistake we ship you the wrong product, we will replace the product after
it has been shipped back to us. We know it's an inconvenience to wait, but since
we've experienced people taking advantage of our kindness. Please email us letting
us know you receive the item. We like to give positive feedback and appreciate
the same from customers. We do not leave feedback immediately after a payment
is received as that is only part of the transaction. How the buyers treat us,
having reasonable expectations, and contacting us about problems or issues can
not be seen until after the transaction concludes. The transaction is complete
once the buyer has received their merchandise and is satisfied with it. Leaving
negative feedback as a means of resolving any problem will not resolve the problem
or bring it closer to a resolution. This is a violation of eBay policy. Buyer
and seller must contact each other FIRST before leaving feedback. We do leave
feedback for feedback left to us within 24 hours. Before leaving a negative
feedback, please contact us first. We don't want to received negative feedbacks
for simple misunderstandings. Bidders, please don't jumped to conclusions. For
Example: expecting an e-mail instantly after an auction, couldn't wait more
than a day, or they had technical problems on their own computers or have an
invalid email address in the ebay system, which resulted in us not seeing their
e-mail or your email host reject the email that we reply to you. Rest assured,
we will answer your questions as soon as possible. Please send us an email reminder
if you do not hear from us within 2 business days. EBAY POLICY IS 3 DAYS. If
both parties still wish to engage in the payment process, 3 days isn't a rule.
Both parties can still continue so long as arrangements are made and communication
is happening. So, please be patience. If there is a problem please allow time
to resolve, we have a lot of emails and task to process. Please do not assume
that we are trying avoid the problem if you don't hear from us the same day
you sent out the email.
