Our Policies
Shipping
Items will usually be shipped within 3 business days upon payment is received. Large items may require more handling time. Please provide a physical shipping address. Shipping insurance of up to $100 is included with no additional cost for items shipped within the continental USA.
Additional shipping fee will apply to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and US territories. Please contact us before bidding.
Local Pick up
We do offer local pick up at our Norcross, GA location with free shipping and handling. Please make appointment before coming.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Master and Discover Card.
International order
Please email for shipping charges. It is your responsibility to check the import regulation of the product before buying. We will not be responsible for items being held by the custom or lost of package. All custom tax and duties are customer's responsibility.
Unfulfilled order
Please contact us within 15 days upon receipt if there are any issues with shipment such as missing parts. Damage orders need to be reported withing 7 days of receipt.
Damage on arrival
Damages must be reported withing 7 days of receipt. We assume no responsibility for problems reported after 7 days.
Returns policy
You may return a product in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please email us prior to returning an item.
