Thank you for visiting my "About  Me"!

I am retired and stay at home.  My husband is still working, someone has to pay the bills. I am not really sure where I got my love to go to flea markets and yard sales to see what treasures I could find for my house.  I have collected so many different things over the years, but I think my favorite is cloth dolls and quilts.  I like to work in my yard and watch the wild birds.  I have several bird feeders and birdbaths.  When weather permits my husband and I sat on the front porch in the morning and drink our coffee and watch the birds.

I love old things and I think everyone else should too. I like to go to flea markets and yard sales to see what treasures I can find.  Sometimes I'll have a really good day and some days I come home empty handed. I try to find items that are hard to find nowdays that I think other people will enjoy.  I guess the reason I love old, vintage items is from staying with my grandmother on weekends when I was a child.  She lived on a farm with cows, pigs, chickens and a garden.  I guess I get my love of flowers and nature from her too. I try to be as honest as I can about the items I sell.  I treat everyone like I would like to be treated.
