History/background
We are an upscale Vintage Home Decor & Antique Consignment shop. Located in Souderton Pa. After a 30 year career in the big box retail industry we opened our consignment shop for business on June 1, 2005. The owner the of Consign for Design has been involved in antiqueing and treasure hunting from childhood.
Our Feedback Score
Due to the recent feedback changes, only the past 12 months are counted in our feedback score, this means you, the customer, are not able to know that our positive rating score over the past 10 years is 100%. Thats' only one negative comment in over 2000 transactions.
We did have one customer upset because we could not ship his item into his country due to the custom laws there. This was stated in the auction but the buyer still bid on the item and left negative feedback because we could not ship the item into his country. This is the one bad feedback on our history. :-(
When payment is received a very strong positive rating will be posted on your name so other sellers will know how much of a valued customer you are to us. When our transaction is over you may decide to post feedback and rate us on our good name DSR scores. If so, please know that any rating less than 5 stars would indicate we fell short in some way, we strive for a 5 star rating if we drop below a 4.5 rating we will lose our Powerseller status that we have worked so hard for. Did you know if a seller drops below a 4.3 DSR score they could be kicked off eBay. You can see why a four star rating is a very bad score to us.
If for some reason you were not satisfied with your transaction to the point you feel you can't post a 5 star rating in one of the DSR categories, I hope you would contact us in advance to allow Consign for Design another opportunity to achieve this rating or not rate us at all.
If you were happy with your transaction and give us a four star rating it will damage our score and risk our ability to sell on eBay. Thank you for your understanding.

NO BACK ORDERS HERE! All of the merchandise posted on ebay for sale I have in my possession and is ready for shipment. Most is vintage, original or antique. I never act as a third party seller ordering the merchandise after it has been sold.

Because most of the items we sell are antique, vintage or used description and grading of can sometimes be very tricky. I do my best to describe the item as I see it. I try not to overstate or exaggerate. You may disagree with this description when you receive your purchase. I would hope that this does not warrant a negative feedback or a poor DSR rating if you are unhappy because I stand behind all purchases with a full money back guarantee.

Payment policy
We accept Paypal, Personal Check, Money Order, Cashiers Checks, and Visa/Master cards. Insurance is included in the shipping handling cost. It is purchased from an outside company so if you purchase shipping insurance don't expect to find an insurance sticker from the post office on your box.
Shipping information
Because items are on consignment is my store, your item is carefully packaged & processed for quick and safe delivery to you after it has been paid for. Our store is closed Monday & Tuesday so most of our shipping is done on these days.
Shipping Policy Shipment Fulfillment: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. We strive to ship orders as soon as possible. All orders have a processing time of 2 to 4 business days starting the day after payment is cleared into our pay-pal or checking account before shipment is made. All items less than two pounds or to locations along the east coast mid Atlantic states usually ship USPS priority mail with electronic delivery confirmation. Items four pounds and over or items over 2 lbs shipping across country to the western, midwest, northwestern or southwestern states will ship FedEx with electronic delivery tracking. We cannot be responsible for mail stolen that is left at your location. If your mailbox or door is in an unsecured area please notify us and we will add signature conformation to your shipment at a small fee. It is not our intent to try to profit from in the shipping and handling cost charged you. Your shipping costs includes everything that goes into getting you your purchase safely and quickly. Insurance is included in the shipping cost stated. I try to ship using new packing materials from a smoke free home that is expensive. Most small items are shipped US priority Mail. Any winning bidder can pick up and pay for the item at our retail store to avoid shipping cost. Please ! If you feel the shipping cost is too high please email me and I will explain or re-check and or refund any overcharges to you.
Return policy
100 % customer satisfaction. I work hard to know my items and to list them accurately, and I encourage all my buyers who have feedback or questions to e-mail me. I'll do my best to answer whatever you may ask. Occasionally, I may make a mistake or overlook something - if the item description is inaccurate, I will refund in full on return of the item. Nearly all my items carry this guarantee, however, some are listed as-is for reasons which are given in the item description. These items are non-returnable.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase because you believe it was not described correctly or if you receive your item damaged due to my error in packing I will gladly refund all of your money including the shipping cost. If you are not satisfied please email me with the details and I will issue you a return authorization. I stand behind all sales so bid with confidence.
It is not a perfect world and I believe the customer is KING and good communication between you the buyer and me the seller will solve any issues that may arise during our transaction.
