We are located in Greenville, Texas and all of our texts offered on Half.com will ship from right here at our warehouse. We cater to the individual college student, as we know the hassle and expense that college bookstores can all too often cause.
Shipping
Our personal promise is to ship all orders received by 1pm CST that very same business day. All orders received after 1pm CST will be mailed the next business day. Half.com offers two shipping options (Standard and Expedited.) For further expedited inquiries, please contact us prior to placing your order and we'll work with you to meet your deadline!
Standard: Packages sent via Standard USPS Media Mail generally arrive in 4-14 business days, although in rare cases may take up to 21 business days. We advise opting for expedited mail if you need the text in a hurry.
Expedited: Packages sent via an expedited method generally arrive in 3-5 business days, depending on your proximity to us. Items to a physical address will ship via UPS Ground and PO Boxes/APO & FPO/Hall numbers will ship via USPS Priority.
All shipments are sent with either a tracking or delivery confirmation number.
Terms & Conditions
Collegebooksdirect.com specializes in both new and used textbooks. New texts are clean, pristine, and still in shrink wrap. Used texts may contain writing, highlighting, and/or underlining. Please be aware that access codes to any text are only guaranteed to be included if the text is purchased new from the publisher.
While we keep our inventory on Half.com as current as possible, do keep in mind that since it is a 3rd party site listing our texts, it may be possible that a text is no longer available by the time your order is received if another order is placed for the same text at the same time as yours. Please feel free to contact us ahead of time to check the stock of any text and ask any questions you may have.
Returns
We do accept returns and have a very open return policy. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of book to request a Return Authorization Number. Click here for our full return policy:
Please note that all shipping prices on the above website are not the prices on the Half.com website. The marketplace has its own shipping costs that we have no control over.
