Shipping information
At BigKidStyle, we do our best to promptly ship your purchases as soon as possible. We ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. You will be notified via e-mail once your item has been shipped. We ask that you allow up to 11 business days for items to arrive. Although, the average is around 7 business days from the time your order is placed. In the event that there is a foreseeable delay in shipping, we will do our best to contact you with an estimated ship date. Some of our items are custom made or personalized and will require additional handling time because they are customized when the order is placed. The additional handling time will be noted in their description.
