Once you have won an item or purchased using Buy It Now, you will be notified within 24 hours of the total cost and the next shipping day for the week. We ship twice a week. We happily combine orders to save you on shipping - usually all can ship at the first rate. We will notify you when your item has been shipped and with your tracking number if applicable. Please be aware that we sell on a couple of different internet venues under Backwoods Treasure and also locally. There is a small chance that orders for the same item might occur back to back. In which case, we always fill the first order first. If this happens, a 10% discount will be given on any item the under purchaser buys in the future within 1 month. As always, we have a no hassle return policy, but shipping,tracking, and/or insurance will be at your expense unless the item was grossly misrepresented.
