DOC'S CUSTOM EMPORIUM

Welcome to DOC'S CUSTOM EMPORIUM. The place with a little something for everyone.

Our items change on a weekly basis. If you don't see something you like today check back next week. Today it may be diecast for sale and next week it may be knives or who knows what.

 All items we sell are NEW unless otherwise stated in the listing.

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges will be made on insured items.

 All sales are final.

Please ask all questions prior to bidding. A bid placed is considered a contract. We report all non paying bidders to e-bay! If you do not plan on paying please do not bid. Listings cost money and even more when the item sells and is never paid for.

 FEEDBACK-We will be glad to leave feedback on your transaction. Our feedback policy is simply that if you have received your item and are happy please leave positive feedback. We will in turn do the same for you. If you are not happy with your item please contact us. I can not help you if you do not contact me. Failure to contact me with a problem and just leaving negative feedback will result in the same being given for you as feedback is based on a full transaction and not just parts. Communication is also a part of this transaction. Not just paying for it. We do our best to satisfy all.

INSURANCE- Insurance is required for all purchases over $20.00. This is for your protection as well as ours. We self insure all items for the cost of $1.30 no matter what the value of the item. If your item is damaged in transit and a claim is needed to be made please contact us for further information. Your claim will not take 30 days like the post office or UPS! It will be handled in 7 days or less!
